| You're going to hate me for this, but I think that you should change 'Wicca' to just plain old 'Witch' to make it more supernatural and less encroaching on an actual bonafide religion. ^_^ | |

| It's just a suggestion. This IS the place for suggestions after all. My point for saying this is if you discount the RELIGION of Wicca all together (a religion which was started by Gardner in the 1950s BASED on earlier practices and covens that called themselves witches) then it makes the whole story seem more, I dunno plausible and real. I mean that's the one thing that I hated about the SWEEP seires. Tiernan portrayed Wicca as something more akin to the Harry Potter magic and it just discredited the magic of the story. I'm just trying to make the story seem as plausible as possible....
....unless of course you have the coven of 'real witches' differentiate themselves from 'Wiccans' who have no magic then okay. I guess I could live with that....but what Mairead is doing is NOT Wicca by any stretch of the imagination. | |
